INFUSED: wise drunk

wise drunk: an infusion that starts with our Weizenbock for the base beer. We then added some scotch extract (no need to worry about added booziness, just the delicious flavor added) and real American Oak wood inserts. the result: Dark. Earthy. Smooth. The Weizenbock has notes of toffee, molasses and raisins and the earthiness of the scotch extract contrasts that sweetness. The American Oak softens up the finish and adds a nice oak characteristic.
