INFUSED: heated debate

heated debate: an infusion that starts with our “Endeavor” – an Imperial Brown Ale – for the base beer. We then let it age on chipotle peppers.

the result: The imperial brown ale goes down nice and smooth…then the smoky chipotle pepper hits you! Subtle, smoky heat on the finish balances out this malty beer.

What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
